Zoom Car — not ending the cycle trip

After several attempts the trip started but the cycle is still unlocked
Tried to end the trip but it's not ending
Also did not use the cycle as the cycle is still unlocked also it's charging me and showing the duration
Tried to end trip but it's not ending
Charges are minimal but still without using cycle i get charged
Please end this trip asap
