[Resolved] Zoom Car — not given refund | |||||
Recently i made a booking on zoomcar. But here we are facing flooding issues near the pickup point and all other transportation we're stopped that time. Because of that i cancelled that booking. While cancellation time it was showing it will be renfunded but now customer care telling not able to refund. Their policy page was showing i am able to get a refund.
