[Resolved] Zoom Car — not informed before and charging later | |||
Me and my friends booked swift in bangalore and went nearby while coming back we were traveling in nice road (Bangalore) which is always empty, too broad and cars usually go above 100 km/hr. This was the first time we booked zoomcar and none o[censored]s had any idea. We were getting late so my friend was driving fast and just reached 125 km/ hr. The moment he just touched that limit the message came that he crossed 125 and should pay 2500 rs. We were never been informed before booking about the extra charges. No one told us the max limit. We had also booked scorpio and in that car the limit was mentioned 80 km/ hr and even before taking the car, the people there told them the limit but for the other car no one mentioned even once. Not even in rules and regulations it was mentioned so now y will we pay the extra fine. It is not our mistake and we will not pay. If the issue is not solved here then my dad who is the judge of high court is going to help us file the case against zoomcar. When it's not our mistake then we r not going to pay even a single penny Was this information helpful? | |||
