[Resolved] Zoom Car — not received my refund (cancellation of car) after 29 days. | |
Booking id - jps6ny3zc I had made a booking with zoom car on 30th may. And the same i had cancelled on 1st june 2020. Zoom car application shows me refund amount pending is rs - 2683/- but after 29 days we have not received a single penny from zoom car. They don't have any customer support. They don't have any call center support.. Every time i lodge a complaint they revert me that they need 7 days time.. Now its more than 3 week but the issue is still same. I was frustrated due to the poor service given by zoom car. Was this information helpful? | |
