[Resolved] Zoom Car — not received my refund for zap and customer support is not properly responding | |
I had booked ZAP subscription after that there is no proper response from customer care and also not satisfied with their policies then I raised for cancellation of the subscription. No one is responding to my email and a toll-free number is not working at all for reaching the customer support. Pankaj one of the person has been replied with an only common email like "we are processing your request and we will notify" the same mail he is sending constantly but refund is not happening. Attached are the screenshots of my subscription and payment details. Kindly process my refund.
