[Resolved]  Zoom Car — not received refund deposit

I booked zoom car on december 15 they told refund will be received on 26 december but still i not received customer care not attending calll what to do worst service in india zoomcar i have booked cret with zoom car the refund deposit is 5000 they charged extra 700as additional amount i dont know how no one should book with zoomcar try alternates worst service
