[Resolved]  Zoom Car — not refunding fuel charges

Myself dr. Rishin. Booked tata nexa ts07 uf 7008 @ 4.30pm on feb 14 but was delivered at 5:10pm. We were asked to return it at 12:25pm on 15 feb at departure. They also asked us to refuel the vehicle. And we refueled for 700rs (9.8l) as we had used only 111 kms and with a minimum mileage of 12kms/l it will be more than what we used. We were at departure after calling the executive by 12:10pm.. Waited for 15mts and when finally airport security made an issue of confiscating the vehicle for delayed parking did the zoom executives arrive. When asked about fuel refund they said just upload the bills which we couldn't as the option wasn't available and on contacting customer care she said nothing can be done for the refund.. We have the pictures of kms before and after as well as the diesel bill. We hope atleast our fuel bills are refunded after all this bad experience orelse we will have to move legally. Expecting a rational and customer friendly response. Thank you.

Greetings!

Thank you for sharing the booking ID. We did check and see that the refueling charge levied on the booking is invalid. Hence, we have reversed the charge.

The amount has been initiated through IMPS. Please note, a link has been shared to your registered email ID. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account on the website and then click on the link. On the landing page, please add your bank credentials and submit. The refund amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account or you can log in through the app. Navigate to your completed bookings page. Under the respective booking, you shall find the option "Get refund". Click on the same and add your bank credentials. Once done, within 24 hours, the amount shall reflect in your bank account.
