[Resolved] Zoom Car — overspeeding charge 2500...

I booked car verna... Tomorrow... 8am to 8 pm... I don't know about that policies... And no one give any restrictions... And no one there at the pick up point of my car.. No stickers are shown in the vechile... Many times i booked car.. Never this type of activity gone... What is that.. Plz resolve my problem... And no warning buzzer also there.. They directly charged 2500 rs...

We did go through your complaint and we understand your concern regarding the charges levied on the booking.

We do mention the overspeeding charges in the booking confirmation email so that customers are informed about the basic policies to be followed during a reservation.

We regret we will not be able to reverse/reduce the charges levied on the booking.

It's fraud case na...in policy two times are given ..but it's my first tym...plz resolve the problem..I can't afford that much fine ...try to understand...I m student .. plz do something in my favour .. I m regular customer o[censored]r services..vechile no..0256 Verna car ...booking date 14 feb ... Plz plz plz resolve my problem... I don't repeat any type of mistake...in future
