I am interested in zap program and got registered for visakhapatnam city. I have got an automated email. And I have sent 2 no of mails to visakhapatnam's mail id. It has been more than 24 hrs that none of the representative replied me back. I am unable to make a talk to customer care number also. Which is [protected].
