Horrible fraud pathetic service never anybody should ever try. Worst service i have ever seen no respect for customers and not even a single percent concerned with customer safety. We hired a cab just after driving few kms smoke started coming out of the cab and petrol started dripping out. The place where cab got break down it was completely lonely road and hardly we could find any people. Inspite of multiple call backs zoom car representatives were only concerned with there car. Its a fraud company liars gave us a wrong update that they are sending an alternative cab. After waiting for more than 4.5 to 5 hours only a towing machine was sent and no cab was sent. We were a complete family also consist of women and a 3.5 year child. The representative only were worried about there car and had no concern about even the women safety or concerned about a baby. Even though we said multiple times that it is risky to stand and we would prefer to. Leave the cab at that place and try to get some other cab so that we can reach at some safe location. The representative said we our concerned with the cab and in case if something would happen it would be the responsibility o[censored]s. Its literally the worst service and its a humble request to everyone not to use this worst company service. I have the evidence of the multiple calls and also the cab video which was made. I want that the owner of this company should contact us and should compensate for the mental and personal torture which we experienced
