[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedal cycle trip charged for false outstanding | |
Yesterday evening i booked a cycle (101511) at pedl station near bus stop behind river dale. After entering the code it got unlocked but cycle lock got struck and did not open. My trip had already been started. I tried to end the trip but it kept showing 'timeout or retry'. I was being charged with 30rs. For outstanding the cycle. Today in the morning i got several messages from you to end the trip but i was not been able to do that since last evening. Kindly check this issue and refund my money in my paytm account. I didn't unlock the cycle..how come you has start your trip..10 rupees already deducted..that is not expected.. Return my money ASAP

Myself ganesh had booked cycle at 6am and after 20 mins means at 6:20 wanted tk end my trip but pedl.in site did not responding ...i have lost my mony unnecessary
