Zoom Car — pedal trip is not ending-cycle-3195679

I took a cycle from fc road, pune.
Cycle no.-3195679
I had started my trip at 4.59 pm and ended around 5.15 pm on 7th dec 2018. The end trip button is not working as i am continuously requesting to end the trip from last 2 hr.
I haven't found any customer care number on application.
When i clicked on end trip, it showes unable to end trip. I also ensure that wheather it's locked properly or not.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
