[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl application issues | |||
My app is showing a message from last 4 days that you had an open complaint for last trip and i am not able to use pedl app anymore. This is hopeless and frustrating since i am a very regular user of cycle. They even don’t have a proper resolution mechanism in place for such issues. Overall a very disappointing experience. I don’t know from when i will be able to use pedl cycles again? Was this information helpful? | |||

Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side), Step 2: Select “My Trips”, Step 3: Select “PEDL”, Step 4: Select the trip where issue needs to be reported, Step 5: Follow on-screen instructions. I have already paid for monthly subscription and no way i can get a refund.
