Zoom Car — pedl cycle - not able to end trip | |||||
The pedl details mentioned below: Cycle no. 101663. Email - roy. [protected]@gmail.com Mobile no. Booked with: [protected] Date and time of booking: 5th feb, 2018 6:05 pm Day before yesterday i booked the pedl cycle but the cycle did not unlock. Then when i tried to end the trip the app is not allowing by asking me to go to the nearest pedl station though i was standing on the same station. After trying for more than 1/2 hour i lodged the complain to zoomcar's contact us and sent email asking them to end the trip. Yesterday i tried once again but problem remains same. I have already paid 50/- odd bucks for nothing. Attaching herewith two images one showing the my gps location shown in the pedl app and the other showing the google app location which was correct to show my position in the pedl station. Yesterday i sent a reminder again but till now nobody has contacted. This people does not have anybody to contact either. Still the meter is on for around 48 hours without using the service for one second. First i thought it was their software glitch but now i am thinking this is a way of cheating as nobody is contacting and they were not rectifying the issue.
