Zoom Car — pedl cycle not unlocking, and being charged continuously. | |||
Cycle no: 100806 I had tries to unlock it as usual but it did not unlock. Moreover, it is not even allowing me to end my trip. It is locked mode since 2 days. I have dropped an email but no response till now. I am not able to use any other cycle as well. The trip cost has become Rs.143 since the cycle has been locked by my phone for 70 hours now. I can't end my trip, I can't unlock the cycle, have not used it, can't even pay the amount.. Please help. Have not heard back from Zoomcar customer care since then.
