[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl cycle trip not ending and charging extra | |||||
I have started my trip of PEDL cycle at 8.2am and end my trip at 8.39 am. Now I got bill generated of 78rs for only less than 15 minutes. Is this new way of looting your customer. My first experience with zoom car is very bad. Why you guys charging too much amount for only 15 minutes. I have also sent multiple mails to help center but couldn't get any response. it was advising me to take it to nearby station.
If I can take that bicycle from there then why I can not stand there.
Still it showing that my trip is going on I m not going to pay that fix it soon.
That experience was worst .You are looting people.
