[Resolved]  Zoom Car — pedl cycle unable to unlock and end trip

Dear team,

Today 15apr2017, i booked pedl cycle number 102170 thru zoomcar app.

This cycle got booked, but never got unlocked. After trying to unlock for 20mins i tried to end trip, app couldn't end trip as request time out.

I raised complaint on zoom car app, but no response yet.

It's been 5 hrs, and my ride is still active and zoomcar meter is still on. My paytm is already charged 30 inr. See attached snapshot.

Cycle is still at originally parked location. I believe thru gps tracking you can figure out if the cycle has moved an inch or not.

There is no helpline number so it's impossible to talk to anyone.

Request you to:
1. End trip for cycle no. 102170.
2. Ensure that i am not charged at all and all charged amount is reverted back.
3. Fix the lock of cycle.
4. Share a helpline number for pedl.
5. Respond to customer complaints on time.

Finally it's resolved on 15th May 2018, after a month. Thanks Zoomcar. Items Zoomcar need to address: 1. Have helpline number for PEDL 2. Acknowledge the issues reported in app promptly. 3. Resolve customer complain quicker.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Got message from Zoom Car saying that they have found the cycle at the parked spot and asked me to pay additional outstanding amount of Rs. 69, while they have already debited RS 30 from my paytm.

Wondering why they have not yet looked up the complaint that I have raised in there app. This is so unprofessional.

Already did several time:
Re: [CASE:797067] (Query Related to PEDL -> My trip has started, cycle did not unlock) since 5 to 6 days but very slow progress, zoomcar is asking required details one at a time... and whole communication is going on in mail chain, which is making it even slower. Guys, pick up the phone and call.

It's been a month and no money is refunded so far. Not sure if anyone from Zoomcar is listening.

Finally it's resolved on 15th May 2018, after a month. Thanks Zoomcar.

Items Zoomcar need to address:
1. Have helpline number for PEDL
2. Acknowledge the issues reported in app promptly.
3. Resolve customer complain quicker.

Here I have not mentioned anything about cycle lock issue, such things are bound to happen, as it's a physical asset, but what zoomcar need to focus is on communication and timely resolving consumer complaints.
