Zoom Car — pedl - not ending the trip

Re[case:664290] sent to pedl zoomcar support

When i tried to unlock the cycle, i mistakenly entered the wrong cycle number 102707 on yesterday 07 jan 2018 at westend mall cycle station at pune.
However, i have not used it and now i can't lock it as i dont know the location of the cycle. I immediately reported about this issue by sending a mail to pedl customer care support. I also provided all the requested details such as mobile number, cycle number, location by emailing to [protected]@zoomcar.com and [protected]@zoomcar.com. However, the trip is not yet ended and the money is keep on charging even though i am not using the cycle as i cannot locate the cycle. The cycle cannot be located by me but pedl claims to have withstanding dues for the cycle i haven't used.

The trip was ended after 20 hours after writing to [protected]@zoomcar.com (Thanks to one post from consumer complaints.in which suggested this email id). But it was very unpleasant experience. As I submitted my complaints to zoomcar customer support, they took long time for responding and they kept charging me every half-an-hour. When I wrote to [protected]@zoomcar.com, I did not receive any reply. At the end I felt relieved ending my ordeal after forwarding the complaint to [protected]@zoomcar.com. I had to pay Rs. 40 for my unintentional mistake. I will not prefer to take PEDL cycle (I would rather buy my own) as I dont want to take unnecessary ordeal again since they dont have prompt customer response system (They dont have any customer care phone number for fast resolution).
