[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl service - unable to end my trip | |
Hello, this is extremely urgent. I took cycle from sambhaji park, shivajinagar. My cycle number is 102482.I tried ending the trip but i am unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been more than 24 hours and i am charged 60 rs till now and still unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you don't have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations. I request you to immediately end the trip and refund my money back. Now I m enable to end trip. I have send mails many time no action taken. Same acknowledged mail is coming. They are charging for the trip still. There must be customer care phone numbers for such issues. I resolve the issue immediately.
