[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl trip could not be ended, and I was charged rs 300 | |||||
I started a trip at annanagar metro on a pedl cycle (100300) on 25th nov 2018, 8.06 pm, and tried to end trip at bougainvilla park. I was in a hurry so i locked the cycle and clicked end trip on the cycle and left. But the trip was not ended. It was automatically ended on 26th nov 2018 at 1.12 pm. As per zoomcar policy even if the trip was not ended, if the cycle is locked, in 10 mins the trip should end. It took 1 day to end, and i was charged rs 309 for that. There's not even a helpline number for pedl for me to talk to soemone about this Was this information helpful? | |||||
