Subject - zoomcar pedl issue

Since last 4hrs. I am trying to end the trip. But it is not allowed to do so. I wrote 2 mails to zoom car but no responce.. Moreover customer care number is unreachable..
This is continue charging the money from my patytm wallet.
Pls do the needful to end my trip.
