I started the trip on cycle no 3170614, today (05/12/18) but as the handlebar was not working properly, had to end the trip, bu the green lever to lock the cycle was missing. As a result, i am unable to end the trip. The cycle is still unlocked, and i tried to go to help and support on the app, but this issue does not find a mention. Pl help, as an outstanding of rs 3 is showing and refund the money.
I am on a subscription of rs 99 upto 15/12/18

We request you to kindly follow the below steps and raise the complaint, we have a dedicated PEDL team who shall check on the complaint raised and shall resolve the issue.
- Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side)
- Select “My Trips”
- Select “PEDL”
- Select the trip where issue needs to be reported
- Follow on-screen instructions
