[Resolved] Zoom Car — pedl zoomcar - not able to end trip | |||
Hi team, I was at iit madras, and trying to unlock the cycle, i got a message that cycle is unlocked but the cycle lock wasn't getting open, when im trying to end trip, the app is insisting me to unlock it at a near by pedl station, but im not able to move the cycle from its place because it isnt getting unlocked, on top of all this i have lost a lot of money and still continuing to loose money. Actually I have booked a car via Zoomcar on[protected] with order Id JPS62UHSP and the customer care executive stated that refund will be initiated soon. As I tried to call back there is no response from the Zoomcar team. Despite of several aral mails there is no response from the Zoomcare team. Kindly resolve my issue.

I started my trip stopped for snacks and now the cycle isn't unlocking its been more than 1 hr I'm here what to do..
