[Resolved]  Zoom Car — pending

I hired a zoom car on 11th august morning 3.30 am to 12th august evening 5 pm. Ref id : jps648tfg.

I completed my trip and handover the car without out any issues. After a day i got a mail that amount of 9561 was due. This was a shock to me. I returned the car in the same way i took. Dint even had any incident nor accident.

The reason they have mentioned is

Excess km rs. 3660 /- (For which i need to break up)

Vehicle damage charge : rs. 6000/-. I really don't know why they have mentioned.

I gave in absolutely in proper status.

This seems to be unnecessary aligation on me. I raised a complaint and they said they will come back.

Zoom car is asking me to pay 5K un necessarily i was stab by a goverment bus the part of vehicle was damage was a bumper which cost around 2-3K but zoomcar asking me to pay 5K
I'm ready to pay the damage but not 5K.

I have booked a cycle on 9th of August around 1am
Due to some reasons it didn't unlocked and I have ended the trip
And again book the cycle
Issue is still it is saying that I didn't edded it
Please check and refund the amount which had been deducted
