People are damaging the cycles for their own use. They are breaking the locks, keep them at their own place and misuse them. I earnestly request you to take stringent actions against these people. I urge you to please do something about it. Its something thats needs to be treated as its violation of civic sense. Children are misusing it. They are breaking it, not using it properly.
