Zoom Car — Petrol Amount not refunded | |||
Dear sir/madam, We made a zoom car booking on may 20th till may 22nd. As per zoom car norms the extra fuel amount must be refunded by the organization. The concern petrol bills are uploaded in the app. I tried reaching the customer care many times but i was receiving a simple answer that the bill will be processed within a week. But till date its been two and half months i didn't receive any amount. I kindly request the organization to look into pending refund status and solve it as soon as possible. I am still waiting I didn't receive the refund.. Please process it soot
