[Resolved] Zoom Car — please respond to the comments | |||
https://www.consumercomplaints.in/zoom-car-invalid-charges-for-damage-c1752658 I had raised a complaint earlier. (Above link). Asking those questions again in case you are not notified of it. Please check the complaint which was launched earlier I have not made any damage to the car. Why should i pay money for the things which i have not done. Besides answer me this, why was the car not inspected before it was given to me? Why was it parked so close to the wall? Also please send me the photo of the damage. Upon checking we see that our team has already informed you about the partial reversal of the charges. The offered resolution is the best we can do in this regard. Hoping for your kind understanding.
