Zoom Car — Refund amount pending since 2 months | |||
I have booked Zoomcar with booking id JPS6NKPQY(20391 Rupees to receive from Zoomcar), which was cancelled due to covid-19 on 30th march 2020, since then i am waiting and it being 2 months i am in waiting stage. Whenever i email them they will ask for 2-3 weeks. it is never ending wait process. They will make false reasons that bank or payment gateways is not working that's why it is taking time but when you make payment and book a self drive car there is no problem in that but the time of refund they will make reason that payment gateway is not working. They are basically taking advantage of pandemic and keeping people's huge amount of money and making interest out of it. I would request all people who has same problem with Zoomcar please post your complaint in consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
