Zoom Car — Refund is pending from zoomcar | |||||
I have booked a car on 02/16/2020 for which travel date was 06/22/2020 . Due to covid situation i have cancelled my booking on 05/10/2020 . As per Zoomcar refund policy it would take 5-15 day to refund amount to source. It been more then 45 days, I am yet to get my refund and no one from Zoomcar team is responding over mail or call regarding refund. Worst service i have ever seen.
