I have booked a car on 02/16/2020 for which travel date was 06/22/2020 .
Due to covid situation i have cancelled my booking on 05/10/2020 .
As per Zoomcar refund policy it would take 5-15 day to refund amount to source.
It been more then 45 days, I am yet to get my refund and no one from Zoomcar team is responding over mail or call regarding refund.
Worst service i have ever seen.

Thanks for the update consumer complaint team.
As I could understand complaint has been reported by your team to zoomcar support team on 06/26/2020 but as usual no one update about my issue for refund amount of 10462 for booking ID : JPS6NK1AU.
Request you to support for the issue I am facing.
