[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund issue and not a proper response from them | |
So i booked a zoomcar and paid the amount of 4771 and my booking was cancelled because they needed a local license but i had a rajasthan license, they said that the amout will be refunded in 15 days, Now it's been 17 days and i didn't got any refund and not even a proper reply from them My booking id is JPS66ZYIM This is a very pathetic service from them, On the app it's still showing that amount will reflect in my account on 26th Nov by 19:20 but it's 27th now, did the payment on 10th November, look up on my booking id and please resolve my issue as soon as possible Thank you Was this information helpful? | |
