[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not initiated; Invoice not generated | |||
Hello, I had taken a trip with ZoomCar on 1st July 2020. The concerning booking id -jps6n5usy. This is a business trip and my organization allows me to claim this as an expense. As per the organization policies, an expense should be claimed within 30 days of its occurrence. There is a refund of 1500 INR pending towards fuel from ZoomCar. Despite of many calls to the customer support, the refund was not processed in turn invoice is not generated. Without invoice I will not be able to claim the expense. ZoomCar escalation team told me that they cannot help me to generate before 3 weeks. So, I will loose money towards the expense. As per ZoomCar refund policy, the refund should be initiated within 30 days of the trip. However, its not the case with my trip. I want to take legal against ZoomCar as I am loosing the money I am supposed to get from my organisation due to their delay/inefficiency.
