Zoom Car — Refund not processed even after 20 days. | |
My booking id for zoom car is JPS6NPMGQ which was done on 12 June and the ride was completed and submitted on 13 June. The company owes me a total of 3999 refund. 2999 refundable deposit and 1000 of fuel charges as the ride I selected was including fuel. The company promises to refund the amount within 15 days and it's over 20 days now. This complain is filed with regard that the company does not respond or communicates with respect to status of the refund even after sending several mails. Was this information helpful? | |
