Zoom Car — Refund not processed even after more than 30 days | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I had availed car Zoomcar services from Trivandrum during the below mentioned period. And I have Rs 16.638 pending refund from the company which I have not recived even after more than 30 days of availing the services. Even after repeated emails the company has not responded back nor refunded the money. Booking details: 1. Booking ID : JPS6NY3R6 -Date : 09/06/2020- Rs.4714 Refund pending 2. Booking ID :JPS6NYURI - Date : 06/06/2020- Rs.10925 Refund pending 3. Booking ID :JPS6NYAR7 -Date : 03/06/2020- Rs.999 Refund pending Attached screenshot of the booking evidence. Note: There is no proper way to contact the company and the customer care numbers dont lead us to talk to anyone in the company leaving the customers helpless. Kindly help in getting back the refund.
