[Resolved]  Zoom Car — refund not processed for a home delivery

I had made a booking with home delivery on 9th may. But the booking got cancelled as there were some fleet limitations on zoom car's part. The refund was initiated on the same day, but it has not been processed until now. Refer to the attached image for details.

I have sent emails to the customer care every day since 17th of may and i am yet to receive any updates. Please get this resolved as soon as possible.
