[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not Processed JPS6NY3QT | |
I have booked a zoomcar on 30th May 2020, Booking ID (JPS6NY3QT) which was cancelled on 31 May 2020 but the refund is not processed till date (1 July 2020). While I tried reaching customer care many times, they responded by saying that there is some bank issue on their side due to which refund is pending and gave assurance that it will be processed within 1-2 weeks. But its more than a month now and the resolution is not provided. Was this information helpful? | |
