[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not received after 1 month | |
Two bookings were made (one completed, the other cancelled) by me in May 2020 for which I am yet to receive refund totalling ₹8, 666/-. Whenever I speak with zoomcar support, they say that they have a technical issue with the banking. During my last call, zoomcar support assured to have the refund cleared by end of June. I am yet to receive the amount and am also not receiving any response to tickets raised through their software or requests for callbacks. It's not been over a month since I made the payment. Terrible service. Will move ahead with legal action if the issue is not resolved asap. Was this information helpful? | |
