[Resolved]  Zoom Car — refund not received

My booking id is jps6t3ncc
My booking ended on 26th june, 9am.
And a refund of rs 5528 was expected but somehow the same has not yet been received.
It's been almost a month that i have not received my money back.
Customer care has always asked for 48hrs time for the refund, and confirmed they will get back to me. But yet no resolution to the same has been received.
