[Resolved] Zoom Car — Refund not received for amount 6800 | |||||
We have booked zoom car and cancelled the zoom car on the same day, but still we have not got amount back, registered mobile number is [protected]. When i called zoom car customer care, they confirmed i will be getting the amount within 24 hours but still the amount is not credited. Upon checking, we have made the necessary changes in your account. We have created the refund through IMPS. A link will be shared to your registered email ID within 24 hours. Once you receive an email with the IMPS link. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. Add your bank credentials and submit. Almost similar and other problems I have too faced. I am filling a legal complaint against Zoom car.
