[Resolved]  Zoom Car — refund not transacted

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

The transaction was done on 13 feb red color swift from mumbai, the amount to be refunded was rupees 1999 and was to be intiated within 29 of feb still it is pending and haven't recived refund. The amount includes security and diesel charges paid by obc debit card on joint account. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as the account needs it minimum balance. The registered phone no. Can be [protected] or +[protected] or +[protected] as my friend has booked car from his number, his name is mayank gupta and my name is sankalp pattanayak
Kindly help us to get refunded ss soon as possible, and there is no zoomcar customer care that gives optimal solution.

I booked a car from my friend's account using my DRIVING LICENSE. Because of which I am unable to book car from my account.
So i request you to either remove my DRIVING LICENSE from his account or delete his account..
And if anything goes wrong I won't be responsible.
