[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not transacted | |||
The transaction was done on 13 feb red color swift from mumbai, the amount to be refunded was rupees 1999 and was to be intiated within 29 of feb still it is pending and haven't recived refund. The amount includes security and diesel charges paid by obc debit card on joint account. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as the account needs it minimum balance.
