[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund not yet transferred

I made a booking in zoomcar with booking id # jps6fkf03
Zoomcar didnt deliver the car at the location and promised me to refund the full amount.
Its been nearly 2 months, i am yet to get the refund.
In the site they have marked as refund completed.
There is no way i could connect with zoom car to inquire on the same.

I didnt get any update in the mail and so far I was trining in my desktop.
I opened the app from mobile and it was visible there.
Thanks. It would be great if you can notify it in a better way.

Upon checking, we see that the refund has been initiated to through IMPS.
The refund has been processed through IMPS. A link has been shared to your registered email ID. Please log into your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. On the landing page, add your bank details and submit. The refund shall be instantly processed to your account.
