I prudhvi with mail id [protected]@ipeindia.org has made an booking with zoomcar website on 5-04-16 transactiion was cancelled and amount was debitted from my bank account and i am receiving a message from zoom car that please share your bank details to the link mailed to you but i did not get any link this is been happening from past 3 times please refund my money soon of rs 740 Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Apr 10, 2017 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Prudhvi, Greetings! We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking we found that the amount of Rs.740 refund has been initiated on 06 Apr 2017 through IMPS. A link has been shared to your registered email ID. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. Add your bank credentials and submit. The amount will be instantly transferred to your bank account. Regards Zoomcar | |||||
