There are no contact nos or no contacts where we can file a complaint or speak to any of zoom cars representatives. Feb 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After the trip, I went to US and returned after 6 months and with one complain everything gotresolved with in few days.
Thanks for all the help zoom car team.
And also I think the car trip to Bangalore was the best so far till now for our family as it was with seemless hassles.
Looking forward to our next trip very soon.

Raman Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 06, 2018 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Ramana, Greetings! We understand your disappointment here. Upon checking we see that the refund has been initiated from our end via IMPS. We have sent an email to the registered email ID with a link, request you to login to your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.
