[Resolved] Zoom Car — refundable amount not received | |||
I have completed my trip on 11 Aug. 2019 and i till now i haven’t received me security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and its 23nd day. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response. Sep 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved i called in zoomcar but they said that my refund transfered to my account ..but still i hv not received the amount.
