Hi i hired a zoom car and i colud see the refund is processed only for 664 what is this and what is the deduction taken for this and when i checked it is showing damage for 4000 rupees please explain this is not at all good please explain and process my refund in proper way i hail from chennai and i took car in jaipur why are the customers getting cheated like this please check until further action needs to be taken from my end jps64vvjn

Greetings!

We did have a check on the booking and the escalation raised. Upon checking we see that the damage charges are valid and we will be unable to do much in this regard. You will have to bear the damages charges levied on the booking. We see that there is dot on the windshield.
