[Resolved] Zoom Car — regarding a booking | |||
Today i have booked a car ford figo in the evening booking id is jps626pr9. Booking details :- 8th june 2018 (8:00 pm) to 9th june 2018 (7:00 am). I am facing a issue right now when i booked zoom car i had selected madhapur location as my self pick up point. But i have been asked to pick my car 41 km away from my place. I spoke to your customer care executive named arvind who was mentioning that i have booked for that place which is 41 km away from my place and i don't know the place at all. I requested him to give me car at my near by location because i have selected madhapur and i have proof for the same. But he is denying by giving me all the excuses. After that i asked him to give me refund in my bank account but he said that we can't give. So i request you to so something as i am not going to pick the car as it is so obvious if i have selected near by place and you are giving 41 km away. This is ridiculous and hopeless service in both ways. I need urgent solution for that. Here i am attaching the proofs. This is my new phone from where i have not done any booking. Today was my first booking and as history says i have selected madhapur. So now i don't care i need my money back this is really a concerned issue. One more thing i want to highlight as in your mobile app we have to write a location obviously i cannot write that location which i even don't know. So help me out in anyway. Upon checking, we see that our team has reached out to you and have addressed the concern raised regarding the location. While placing the booking, the radius in which the vehicle will be allocated shall reflect under the vehicle name. Based on it you can proceed with the booking.
