Zoom Car — regarding non receipt of refund for booking id jps62h9mr of zoomcar booking | |
I m sunil sathe i use zoomcar services. Booking for zoomcar car was done by me in pune city for which payment was done by me through net banking through my account. My registered mobile no on zoomcar is [protected]. After depositing vehicle at ur authorised site zoomcar was supposed to refund my rs.3985 in my original source of payment. Till date i have not received my refund amount inspite of lot of mail correspondence with zoomcar When i am dialling ur customer care no it is not connecting to your representative. I am attaching my all mail with this complaint. Plz to needful for me Zoomcar booking id is jps62h9mr. Was this information helpful? | |
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 22, 2018 Rajesh Chitnis's response the customer care number is also incorrect.

I have tried unlocking the PEDL cycle no. 101952 in Pune karvenagar but the lock did not open and I am being charged for every minute. I tried to end the trip but its not happening. Kindly help urgently.

I have booked a cycle 103344 and used it around 1 hr, but unable to end trip stating your request time out . I am being charged for another 3 hrs. Could you please asist in ending the trip . Kindly have look on issue
