[Resolved] Zoom Car — regarding outstanding payment | |||
Hi, Kindly check the video there is not visibility of 2 inch minor scratch or crack whatever you guys are telling me. This is not done by me so i won't pay a single penny for it and the pickup guy who pick the car today he also didn't saw that crack and if he saw that crack he should had told me about it. When your executive delivered the car to me the car is not washed up properly so it's not possible for me to see that crack. So kindly remove this outstanding amount from my account. This is not the first time i booked the zoom car i am a very old customer of zoom car but this kind of experience is happening to me first time. We understand your concern here. We did check and see that the front windshield is damaged during your reservation. Hence, we have levied the charge on the booking.
