[Resolved] Zoom Car — reimbursement of cleaning charge | |||
I had booked a zoom car on 2nd april. The car was not clean and i had reported that to the customer care of zoom car, they said that click pictures and we will reimburse you the amount for cleaning. I had clicked pictures at that time only. I completed my ride and returned the car which was clean. When i came back home it was seen that there was a outstanding amount of rs. 906 in my zoomcar app as cleaning charge. The owner of the car said that i had done smoking and drinking in the car which is not true. He had put some cigratte butts and bottle of wine in the car and clicked false pictures. Now i want to raise complaint against the owner of car dl 1n a 3263 ford freestyle. Was this information helpful? | |||
