Zoom Car — security deposit not provided

I have not received my refund, it has already been 3 weeks, covid is going on and iam going through a hard time. I called them and they just postpone the date.

The car was booked at 20th June 8:30pm to 21st 12:30am. I really need the money. I hope you guys can help me.
