[Resolved] Zoom Car — small dents in car | |
I booked baleno through zoomcar. While parking small dents came in car front bumper. But that were minor only and one plastic support of headlight was broken. Besides that there was no single scratch in that headlight. The executive at Garuda mall didn't give his seniors no. and customer care told they can't send anyone to check the condition of car. He charged 10 k for this. We also took car to a garage where people told max 7k they ll fix it. But because of time shortage we had to pay 10 k to their executives for such small dents. This was not my first ride with zoomcar. But all my experience turned negative this time with the lack of support from their team. They can earn some money instantaneously with this trick but with time they will have to regret . I am attaching the images of dent herewith. Was this information helpful? | |
